Save the Andes

Save the Andes is a campaign that seeks to make visible the impacts of global warming on the Cordillera Blanca and on the communities settled on its slopes.

Some of these impacts are: glacial retreat, the formation of new lagoons, the increase in the volume of already existing lagoons, the increase in hanging glaciers, and the increased probability of occurrence of alluvium, avalanches, or landslides.

For this reason, during the development of the campaign, we have presented the stories of people who, with great effort and optimism, do everything possible to preserve the balance of this ecosystem.
